12th Night

There are many opportunities this summer and into the fall to see 12th Night by William Shakespeare. This is the play we will be performing in December, so it's an excellent chance for students to preview the storyline and get a feel for the characters!

Mr. Flickema gave me a heads up on these performances:
" My friend is the director for a theater company.  They are running a performance of 12th Night.  It's free admission and they are performing at several different vineyards, outdoors.  This is nice, because if there are other smaller kids in the party, a parent can take them for a walk if they become agitated.

August 1st - 3rd Stoller Vineyards - Dayton

August 8th - 10th Montinore Estate - Forest Grove
August 15th - 17th Ponzi Vineyards - Sherwood

Show Times:
Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00
Sundays at 6:00

If you go, find the director, Daniel Somerfield, and let him know that you're from CHPCS."

Great Deal

A friend of mine sent me this link after ordering it and thought it might be useful for my class, and I agree with her. I'm not endorsing any product, just passing on a way to save some money on school supplies!
